It wasn’t that long ago that US President Donald Trump railed at National Security Agency whistleblower Edward Snowden, calling him a traitor and even hinting at his alleged crimes as something worth facing execution. But now, nearly a decade since Snowden’s infamous whistleblowing revealed the NSA’s domestic spying program, the president is allegedly weighing a pardon for Snowden. Mixed feelings have been heard from Capitol Hill and the press. Former UK MP George Galloway weighs in.
