Biden Set To Sign Another Climate Change Rule

(FreedomJournal)- If you thought President Joe Biden had gotten the job-killing executive orders out of his system, think again.

Reports suggest that President Biden was all set to sign yet another executive order focused on climate change and other environmental issues – something President Donald Trump left to the free market to solve, but an issue that President Biden and the Democrats prefer to handle with job-killing orders.

Fox Business reported how President Biden was ready to take “aggressive action” on climate change and sign new executive orders that would build on his decision to re-join the Paris Climate Accord and review “harmful rollbacks of standards” that protect air and water. The claim, however, doesn’t hold up as the United States had cleaner air than it had in many decades under the Trump administration.

The new executive orders will direct federal agencies to “eliminate fossil fuel subsidies as consistent with applicable law and identify new opportunities to spur innovation, commercialization, and deployment of clean energy technologies and infrastructure.”

And on Wednesday…Biden signed those new executive orders.

Under the order, Biden instructed the Department of Justice to establish a new office of Climate Justice, whatever that means.

Probably just more taxpayer money spent on more high-paying federal government jobs.

On Wednesday, Biden declared “Climate day at the White House,” and said that we have “already waited too long” to deal with what he called the “climate crisis.”

“Just like we need a unified national response to COVID-19, we desperately need a unified national response to the climate crisis because there is a climate crisis,” he insisted without providing evidence.

Biden also admitted something President Donald Trump has been saying for years…that the challenge could not be met by the U.S. alone.

Under the new orders, climate change will become a “national security” and “foreign policy” issue, though the president has yet to provide a detailed explanation of how that works. The orders will conserve at least 30% of federal lands and oceans by 2030 and pause all oil and drilling leases on federal lands.

You can wave goodbye to American energy industry jobs.
