Biden Announces Plan To TRANSFORM Supreme Court, Will Go “BEYOND” Court Packing

( After weeks of refusing to answer whether or not he would pack the Supreme Court with far-left judges, Joe Biden’s campaign team has cooked up a new policy that allows him to answer the question without appearing too scheming.

Unfortunately for him, it’s unlikely to be a policy that sits well with much of the American public.

In a video published on Thursday, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Bide announced that he would create a commission that would be tasked with coming up with alternative systems to the Supreme Court within 180 days. Under the radical plan, Joe Biden would form a task force of Democrats and Republicans to map out alternatives to the Supreme Court, but ultimately give himself the ability to ignore the recommendations and pack the court anyway.

“If elected, what I will do is I’ll put together a national commission of bipartisan commission of scholars, constitutional scholars, Democrats, Republicans, liberal, conservative,” he said to CBS News. “And I will ask them to over 180 days come back to me with recommendations as to how to reform the court system because it’s getting out of whack, the way in which it’s being handled.”

Biden appeared to be referencing the fact that President Donald Trump has appointed three judges to the Supreme Court over the last four years, a record number for any modern president. Democrats have opposed to the nomination of every judge nominated by the president, despite each being an originalist, constitutionalist judge who interprets the Constitution in the way it was meant to be read.

“And it’s not about court packing,” Biden claimed. “There’s a number of other things that our constitutional scholars have debated and I’d look to see what recommendations that commission might make.”

But court packing is not off the table.

Biden’s plan would complexly destroy the judicial branch of government which has been in place since the founding of the United States of America. It is the most radical plan put forward by any presidential candidate ever, and reflects the radical and extreme nature of much of the Democratic Party.

Any replacement to the Supreme Court would allow the Democratic Party to potentially pass unconstitutional laws and policies that reflect the radical socialist agenda of Biden’s party.

What do you think…would Biden draw up a truly bipartisan commission and implement a truly bipartisan plan?
